ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE SECURED WITH A MAJOR CREDIT CARD. 
IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR RESERVATION,  YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO ONE NIGHTS STAY (BASED ON THE UNIT YOU RESERVED).  LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE TOTAL DAYS RESERVED.

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE CONFIRMED.

All cabins are Updated, have A/C, TV with cable, and BBQ grills. Basic cookware and dining ware are furnished, including coffee pot. All linens are furnished, except towels. Towels and bath soap must be furnished by renter.
